LOCAL CHIROPRACTOR IN Edgeworth
Edgeworth is a settled, family-oriented suburb, and a lot of what brings local patients through our doors isn’t a single dramatic injury — it’s the accumulated wear of weekend sport, standing on the sideline coaching junior teams, gardening in an older-established yard, or years at a desk or on tools. Dr Adam Arnold works with Edgeworth soccer and netball players, their parents and coaches, and long-time residents to get to the root of nagging aches rather than just chasing symptoms. Our clinic is based a short drive away in Charlestown, and results vary from person to person — we don’t promise a cure, only a thorough, honest assessment and a plan built around your goals.
MEET DR. ADAM ARNOLD
Dr Adam Arnold has practised chiropractic in Australia for more than 30 years. He is a Certified Zone School Practitioner and has trained in Quantum Neurology®, which he uses as a functional add-on alongside standard chiropractic assessment and care — not as a diagnostic tool, and not in place of medical care. Dr Arnold is not a neurologist. As a chiropractor, he is a primary contact practitioner, meaning Edgeworth patients don’t need a GP referral to book in, though he will refer you to a GP or hospital whenever that’s the more appropriate path.

Focused on spinal assessment, alignment, and musculoskeletal support.

A neurological assessment framework that evaluates nervous system function and communication.

A structured approach that assesses and supports the body’s six physiological systems.
OUR APPROACH

Zone Technique is a system Dr Arnold applies as a Certified Zone School Practitioner, looking at how different areas of the body and nervous system relate to one another rather than treating one sore spot in isolation. For an Edgeworth soccer parent who’s been carrying gear and standing on sidelines for years, or a netball player managing repeated landings, this whole-body view can help identify patterns that a single-joint check might miss. It’s used as one part of a broader chiropractic assessment, not as a stand-alone cure.

Quantum Neurology® is additional training Dr Arnold has undertaken to assess how the nervous system is functioning day to day. It is not used to diagnose disease, and Dr Arnold is not a neurologist — it’s a functional layer added on top of standard chiropractic care, helping build a fuller picture for patients dealing with the gradual, cumulative strain that’s common in an established suburb like Edgeworth, from long-time tradies and shift workers to weekend athletes.

Alongside Zone Technique and Quantum Neurology, Dr Arnold provides traditional hands-on chiropractic care — spinal and joint assessment, manual adjustments where appropriate, and practical advice for managing day-to-day strain. Every visit starts with listening to what’s actually going on for you, whether that’s a Saturday-morning soccer knock, netball-related shoulder tightness, or stiffness that’s built up slowly around home and work.
Finding Our Edgeworth Clinic
To be upfront: Be Amazing Chiropractic is not located in Edgeworth. Our clinic is at Level 1, 46 Pearson Street, Charlestown NSW 2290, inside Hilltop Plaza, above the Charlestown Australia Post and right next to Charlestown Square. Many Edgeworth patients drive in via Cardiff and Glendale, picking up the Newcastle Link Road, or come via Minmi Road through the Cameron Park area — travel time varies with traffic, so it’s worth allowing a little extra on a Saturday game day. Hilltop Plaza has its own on-site parking, and Charlestown Square next door offers free two-hour parking, which is generally enough for a first visit or a routine check-up.

Quick answers to common questions.
Chiropractors are primary contact practitioners in Australia, so you don’t need a referral to book in and have it assessed. Dr Arnold will look at how the ankle, and the rest of the kinetic chain, is functioning, and if it turns out to need imaging or a different type of care, he’ll refer you to the right practitioner or a GP. We can’t promise a particular outcome, but a proper assessment is a sensible first step.
It’s genuinely common in an established, sport-active community like Edgeworth’s for aches to build up gradually rather than arrive as one clear injury. That doesn’t mean it isn’t worth a look — Dr Arnold’s assessment considers how your whole body is moving and functioning, not just the sore spot, and can help you understand what’s contributing to it. Results vary from person to person, so we’d rather examine you properly than guess over the phone.
