LOCAL CHIROPRACTOR IN Minmi
Minmi is a genuine heritage village of around 700 people, pressed right up against the bush of Blue Gum Hills Regional Park and threaded through by Woodford Street and the Heritage Walking Track. It’s the kind of place where residents are used to driving out for most larger services, including specialist healthcare. Be Amazing Chiropractic is located at Level 1, 46 Pearson Street, Charlestown NSW 2290, inside Hilltop Plaza above the Charlestown Australia Post office, right next to Charlestown Square — reached from Minmi via Newcastle Link Road onto Minmi Road, with on-site parking at Hilltop Plaza plus free 2-hour parking at Charlestown Square next door.
MEET DR. ADAM ARNOLD
Dr Adam Arnold has more than 30 years of Australian clinical chiropractic experience. He is a Certified Zone School Practitioner and is trained in Quantum Neurology®, which he uses as a functional add-on alongside standard chiropractic assessment — not as a diagnostic tool, and not in place of medical diagnosis; Dr Arnold is not a neurologist. As a primary-contact practitioner, he sees patients without requiring a GP referral, and refers out to a GP or hospital whenever something falls outside chiropractic scope. Every new patient starts with the $99 New Patient Experience: a thorough consultation, a physical assessment, a plain-language explanation of what’s found, and a realistic, no-pressure discussion of what a plan could look like.

Focused on spinal assessment, alignment, and musculoskeletal support.

A neurological assessment framework that evaluates nervous system function and communication.

A structured approach that assesses and supports the body’s six physiological systems.
OUR APPROACH

As a Certified Zone School Practitioner, Dr Arnold uses Zone Technique to assess the body as a connected whole rather than isolating a single sore spot — useful for Minmi patients who notice that a niggle picked up on the Heritage Walking Track seems to show up somewhere else in the body entirely.

Dr Arnold’s training in Quantum Neurology® adds a functional layer to his standard chiropractic assessment of Minmi patients. It’s important to be clear about what this is: a functional add-on used alongside chiropractic care, not a diagnostic tool for disease, and Dr Arnold is not a neurologist.

Underneath both of these techniques sits traditional, hands-on chiropractic adjustment and assessment — the same careful, methodical approach Dr Arnold has applied for over 30 years, whether a Minmi patient has driven in from the village or from just down the road in Charlestown.

Quick answers to common questions.
No — we want to be upfront about that. Be Amazing Chiropractic is based in Charlestown, not in Minmi itself. Given how small Minmi is, this follows the same pattern as most larger services: a short, straightforward drive out via Newcastle Link Road and Minmi Road.
If a trail niggle is hanging around longer than you’d expect, it’s worth a proper assessment rather than just hoping it settles on its own. Dr Arnold will give you a plain-language explanation of what he finds and a realistic view of what, if anything, needs attention.
No. Chiropractors are primary-contact practitioners in Australia, so Minmi residents can book directly with us. If something turns out to be outside chiropractic scope, we’ll refer you on to a GP or hospital rather than trying to manage it ourselves.
Your $99 New Patient Experience covers a thorough consultation, a physical assessment, and a plain-language explanation of what’s found, followed by a realistic discussion of a possible plan — with no pressure to book anything further on the day.
Yes. There’s on-site parking at Hilltop Plaza, and free 2-hour parking right next door at Charlestown Square if you need it, so you’re not rushing back to the car.
No, and we wouldn’t want to tell you otherwise. Results can’t be guaranteed and vary from person to person — what we can promise is an honest assessment and a straightforward, no-pressure explanation of your options.
