LOCAL CHIROPRACTOR IN Beresfield
If you’re on your feet on the processing line, hauling loads on a trade site, or carrying the aches of a long shift home to Beresfield, you already know that ordinary tiredness and a ‘bad back’ are two different things. Dr Adam Arnold has spent more than 30 years helping people in physically demanding jobs get back to moving comfortably, combining dual certification in Zone Technique and Quantum Neurology with a genuinely whole-person approach to care.
MEET DR. ADAM ARNOLD
Dr Adam Arnold has practised chiropractic care for more than 30 years, working with patients from all walks of life — including a good number of Beresfield’s shift workers, tradespeople and weekend sportspeople. He holds dual certification in Zone Technique and Quantum Neurology, two advanced approaches that let him look beyond the obvious site of pain to how the whole body is functioning. Dr Arnold’s focus is straightforward: listen carefully, assess thoroughly, and build a care plan suited to the person in front of him — not a one-size-fits-all adjustment.

Focused on spinal assessment, alignment, and musculoskeletal support.

A neurological assessment framework that evaluates nervous system function and communication.

A structured approach that assesses and supports the body’s six physiological systems.
OUR APPROACH

Zone Technique is one of the two advanced systems Dr Arnold is certified in, and it underpins much of the care offered to Beresfield patients. Rather than focusing only on the painful joint or muscle, Zone Technique looks at how different areas of the body — nervous system, organs and musculoskeletal structures — interact and influence one another. For a Beresfield shift worker whose body is under repetitive daily strain, this whole-body view can help identify contributing factors a narrower assessment might miss. As with any form of care, results can’t be guaranteed and vary from person to person.

Quantum Neurology is the second of Dr Arnold’s certifications, focused on assessing how well the nervous system is communicating with the rest of the body. It’s a useful lens for Beresfield patients dealing with ongoing tightness, altered movement patterns, or recovery that’s stalled. It’s important to be clear: Quantum Neurology is not a diagnostic tool for neurological conditions, and Dr Arnold is a chiropractor, not a neurologist. Where symptoms suggest something outside the scope of chiropractic care, Dr Arnold will always recommend seeing your GP or an appropriate specialist.

Alongside these advanced techniques, Beresfield patients also have access to traditional, hands-on chiropractic adjustment and manual therapy where appropriate. For many of the lower back, neck and rib/mid-back complaints that bring Beresfield residents in — from an awkward lift on shift to a weekend spent on the cricket oval — straightforward manual adjustment remains a core part of the plan, used alongside Dr Arnold’s broader whole-body approach.

Quick answers to common questions.
Standing on concrete floors, repetitive lifting and awkward reaching are common drivers of lower back, hip and shoulder discomfort. Dr Arnold’s assessment looks at how your work pattern may be contributing, and a plan is built around that — though as with any care, relief can’t be guaranteed.
Yes, many tradespeople see a chiropractor for the cumulative strain of manual work. If your injury is work-related, it may also be eligible for Workers Compensation funding — see our guide to Workers Compensation and chiropractic care for details.
We do see younger, active patients for sport-related strains picked up on the oval, courts or at the pool. Where something looks outside the scope of chiropractic care, we’ll always suggest a visit to your GP first.
It starts with a conversation about your health history and symptoms, followed by a physical assessment. Many new patients start with our $99 New Patient Experience, a full consultation and assessment before any ongoing plan is discussed.
We know it’s a bit of a drive, which is why we try to make every visit worthwhile — a thorough first assessment, a clear plan, and free two-hour parking right at Hilltop Plaza next to Charlestown Square.
No reputable chiropractor can promise a guaranteed outcome, and we won’t either — every body and every injury responds differently. What we can promise is a thorough assessment, an honest conversation about what chiropractic care may and may not help with, and a referral to your GP if that’s a better fit.
