LOCAL CHIROPRACTOR IN Woodberry
Sore after Saturday’s rugby league game, carrying a stiff back from the school run, or just not moving the way you used to? Dr Adam Arnold brings more than 30 years of chiropractic experience to Woodberry families, including dual certification in Zone Technique and Quantum Neurology. We take the time to understand your situation properly before recommending any course of care.
MEET DR. ADAM ARNOLD
Dr Adam Arnold has practised chiropractic care for more than 30 years, working with patients across the Hunter Region including families from Woodberry. He is dual-certified in Zone Technique and Quantum Neurology, two specialised approaches that broaden the assessment and care options available beyond traditional chiropractic adjustment. Dr Arnold’s approach centres on listening carefully, assessing thoroughly, and being upfront that results can’t be guaranteed for any individual, because every body responds differently.

Focused on spinal assessment, alignment, and musculoskeletal support.

A neurological assessment framework that evaluates nervous system function and communication.

A structured approach that assesses and supports the body’s six physiological systems.
OUR APPROACH

Zone Technique is a gentle, whole-body method that looks beyond the immediate site of pain to consider how different systems in the body may be interacting. For Woodberry patients dealing with longer-standing or harder-to-pin-down discomfort, it offers a broader way of assessing what might be going on.

Quantum Neurology examines how the brain and nervous system communicate with the rest of the body, with a focus on movement, coordination and recovery after injury. Some Woodberry patients find it a useful addition to care, particularly after a slow-to-settle injury. It is not used for diagnosis, and Dr Arnold is a chiropractor, not a neurologist.

Alongside our specialised techniques, we offer traditional, evidence-informed chiropractic care including hands-on adjustment, mobilisation and rehabilitation advice. For many Woodberry patients, particularly after a sports knock or with everyday postural complaints, this familiar style of care is exactly what’s needed.

Quick answers to common questions.
Sore knees after regular training can have a few different causes in growing kids, and it’s reasonable to get it looked at. We can assess what might be contributing, but if there’s swelling, a limp, or pain that doesn’t ease with rest, see a GP or paediatrician first.
We see a number of Woodberry families with children experiencing general growing pains and postural niggles. We always take a careful history and examination first, and will refer you to a GP or paediatrician if that’s the more appropriate next step.
Dr Arnold tailors his approach to the individual, including age and activity level. As with any care, outcomes vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed, which is why the first visit focuses on a thorough assessment before any recommendations are made.
We’re around 22.5km from Woodberry via the Pacific Highway, New England Highway, Newcastle Link Road and Sandgate Road. Travel time will vary depending on traffic conditions.
Posture concerns linked to school bags, desks and screens are something we regularly assess for families across the Hunter, including Woodberry. An individual assessment is the best way to understand what’s going on for your child specifically.
Some patients may be eligible for partial Medicare support through a GP Chronic Disease Management Plan. Eligibility depends on your individual circumstances, so speak with your GP and see our Medicare funding guide for more information.
