Meet Dr Adam Arnold
Dr Adam Arnold has practised chiropractic care for more than 30 years, working with patients across all ages and stages of life — from tradespeople and farmers to retirees and weekend gardeners. He holds dual certification in Zone Technique and Quantum Neurology, two complementary approaches he blends with traditional chiropractic adjusting to look at each patient as a whole person rather than a single sore spot. Adam built Be Amazing Chiropractic on the idea that people deserve clear explanations, a genuine first-visit assessment, and a plan that’s actually realistic for their life — not a one-size-fits-all routine.

Zone Technique
Zone Technique is a gentle, whole-body assessment approach that looks at how different systems of the body may be contributing to tension, restriction, or discomfort, rather than focusing on a single joint in isolation. Quantum Neurology®
Quantum Neurology is a functional assessment system Dr Arnold uses alongside traditional chiropractic techniques to evaluate how well the nervous system is communicating with the rest of the body. It is not a diagnostic tool, and Dr Arnold is a chiropractor, not a neurologist — any patient showing signs of a neurological condition is referred to their GP or an appropriate specialist. For long-term Black Hill residents managing the cumulative wear and tear of decades of physical property work, this additional layer of assessment can help build a more complete picture alongside standard chiropractic evaluation.
Traditional Chiropractic Care

From Black Hill, the most direct route follows the New England Highway and Pacific Highway corridor through to the Newcastle Link Road, connecting via Sandgate Road toward the Charlestown area — travel time will vary with traffic and time of day. Once you arrive, Hilltop Plaza and Charlestown Square both offer free parking for the first two hours, making it easy to pop in and out for your appointment.

Do you treat patients who do a lot of manual outdoor or property work?
Yes — many of our Black Hill patients do physical work on acreage blocks, whether that’s fencing, mowing, gardening, or general property maintenance. Dr Arnold’s combined approach is well suited to the repetitive strain and cumulative wear that comes with this kind of regular outdoor labour.
I'm an older patient and I've had aches and pains for years — is it too late to get help?
It’s rarely too late to have your spine and joints properly assessed. Many long-term Black Hill residents come to us with discomfort that’s built up gradually over decades, and a thorough first-visit assessment is the best starting point regardless of age. As always, results can’t be guaranteed, and we’ll refer you to your GP if anything outside our scope comes up.
Is Black Hill too far from Charlestown to make regular visits practical?
A number of our patients travel in from rural localities around the Hunter, including Black Hill. We typically work with patients to set a realistic visit schedule based on their situation, and Hilltop Plaza’s free two-hour parking makes the trip straightforward once you’re here.
Does Medicare cover chiropractic visits?

No. Quantum Neurology is a functional assessment tool Dr Arnold uses alongside standard chiropractic evaluation — it is not a diagnostic test, and Dr Arnold is a chiropractor, not a neurologist. If signs of a neurological condition are identified, we’ll refer you to your GP or an appropriate specialist.
