LOCAL CHIROPRACTOR IN Glendale
Glendale keeps a lot of people standing, lifting and moving for a living. Between shifts on the shop floor at Stockland Glendale, trade and workshop days around the Hunter TAFE campus, and the daily juggle of getting kids to and from Glendale Technology High, it’s no surprise so many Glendale locals end up with a sore lower back, stiff neck or aching shoulders by the end of the week. Be Amazing Chiropractic is based nearby at Level 1, 46 Pearson Street, Charlestown — inside Hilltop Plaza, directly above the Charlestown Australia Post office and right next to Charlestown Square. We’re not located in Glendale itself, but we’re a straightforward drive away via Pacific Highway, Macquarie Road and Main Road, with easy on-site parking at Hilltop Plaza or free 2-hour parking at Charlestown Square next door.
MEET DR. ADAM ARNOLD
Dr Adam Arnold has over 30 years of Australian clinical chiropractic experience. He is a Certified Zone School Practitioner and trained in Quantum Neurology®, which he uses as a functional add-on alongside standard chiropractic assessment — not as a diagnostic tool for disease, and he is not a neurologist. As a primary-contact practitioner, Dr Arnold can see you without a GP referral, and he’ll refer you on to a GP or hospital if something falls outside chiropractic scope. Every new patient starts with the $99 New Patient Experience: a thorough consultation, a physical assessment, a plain-language explanation of what’s going on, and a realistic plan discussion — no pressure, no hard sell.

Focused on spinal assessment, alignment, and musculoskeletal support.

A neurological assessment framework that evaluates nervous system function and communication.

A structured approach that assesses and supports the body’s six physiological systems.
OUR APPROACH

Zone Technique is a gentle, whole-body approach Dr Arnold uses to assess how different areas of the body and nervous system are working together, rather than just chasing the spot that hurts. For Glendale patients who spend entire shifts on concrete floors or lifting stock, this whole-person view can pick up on patterns that a single sore joint doesn’t tell the whole story on.

Quantum Neurology® adds a functional layer to Dr Arnold’s assessment, looking at how well the nervous system is communicating with the rest of the body. It sits alongside — not instead of — standard chiropractic care, and it isn’t used to diagnose disease. For Glendale locals juggling physical work with family life, it’s one more tool Dr Arnold uses to build a clearer picture before recommending a plan.

Alongside Zone Technique and Quantum Neurology, Dr Arnold provides traditional, hands-on chiropractic care — spinal and joint assessment, manual adjustment and practical advice you can apply at home or on shift. Many Glendale patients come in for standard mechanical complaints: a stiff low back after a long retail shift, tight shoulders from workshop bench work, or tension from carrying a toddler and a school bag in the same morning.

Quick answers to common questions.
No. Chiropractors are primary-contact practitioners in Australia, so you can book directly with Dr Arnold without a GP referral. If anything about your presentation falls outside chiropractic scope, he’ll refer you on to a GP or hospital.
Standing and lifting on hard retail and warehouse floors is one of the most common things we hear from Glendale patients. Dr Arnold will assess your spine, posture and movement to understand what’s contributing, and talk you through a realistic plan. As with any care, results can’t be guaranteed and vary from person to person.
Yes, it’s a regular reason Glendale locals come in, whether from bench work in a trade workshop or hours at a desk. Our Poor Posture page has more detail on how postural strain builds up and what a chiropractic assessment looks at.
It’s a fair question many Glendale parents raise. Dr Arnold can assess a teenager’s posture and spine as part of a standard consultation and discuss what he finds in plain language — we’re happy to talk it through at an appointment rather than guess over the phone.
We know shift work at places like Stockland Glendale doesn’t always leave you free during standard business hours. Get in touch via our contact page and we’ll do our best to find a time that works around your roster.
In some circumstances, yes — it depends on your individual situation. Our full guide, Does Medicare Cover Chiropractic Care?, explains how it generally works so you know what to check before your visit.
